All merchandise on clearance or BOGO will be clearly marked on the product page of that item.
When purchasing clearance merchandise and/or BOGO Promotions, please be aware that those items are  not eligible for Return or Refund.

Merchandise is placed on Clearance  or BOGO Promotion for many different reasons; one being that the Manufacturers Best by Date is near or past.  Best By Dates are informational only to note the peak of freshness; they are not Expiration dates or suggest that the product should be discarded.  USDA's food Labeling.  You can find the dates on the Product Page for each Clearance product, BOGO Promotions may not show dates.

Closeouts / One Time Buys / Holiday Merchandise / Special Buys / Wholesale Price Negotations

Items noted as Closeouts, One Time Buys, Holiday Merchandise or Special Buys are not eligible for return.   These One Off items will be clearly described in the individual product pages of that item.
